Application:
For wiring with small bending radii and higher requirements to the cable flexibility, in machines, devices, instruments and boards.
Technical characteristics:
- Produced according to DIN VDE 0281, part 3 / 12.95 (HD 21.3/95)
- Rated voltage:
- For H03V-K from 0.35 mm2: U0/U – 300/300 V
- For H05V-K from 0.50 mm2 to 1.00 mm2: U0/U – 300/500 V
- For H07V-K from 1.50 mm2 to 120 mm2: U0/U – 450/750 V
- Test Voltage:
- For H03V-K from 0.35 mm2: U0/U – 1500 V
- For H05V-K from 0.50 mm2 to 1.00 mm2: 2000 V
- For H07V-K from 1.50 mm2 to 120 mm2: 2500 V
- Insulation resistance at 70 0C: min. 1x1010 Ohm.cm
- Maximum conductor temperature: +70 °C
- Maximum conductor temperature at short circuit for 5 seconds: +160 °C
- Temperature Range: îò -30 °C äî +50 °C
- Minimum temperature during installation: -5 °C
- Minimum bending radius during installation:
- For diameters up to 10 mm - 10 D
- For diameters above 10 mm - 15 D
- Flame test: flame retardant according to IEC 60332-1
Cable Design:
- Flexible Copper conductors
- Flexibility class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295 (HD 383)
- Insulation: PVC
Colour coding:
- White, Gray, Black, Blue, Brown, Violet, Orange, Pink, Turquoise, Red, Green, Yellow
A double-coloured insulation as a combination of above indicated colours is permissible.
